Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from date issued
• Additional work requires separate authorization

Liability Limits

CoolAir Pro is not liable for consequential damages resulting from equipment failure or service delays. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
